Setting Up Your Own Domain & Google Analytics

Using Your Own Domain

Go to your DNS (Domain Name Server) Control Panel. Add a new A Record with the IP Address shown in Settings > Domain.

Once your A Record is updated head back to Settings > Domain enter your domain in the appropriate box and click the Enable Domain button.

This requires some advanced DNS management. Ensure you know what you're doing prior to amending anything.

Your domain name host should have a guide on how to do this. You can find GoDaddy's guide here, 1&1 IONOS' guide is here and 123Reg's guide is here.

The same process is applicable if you want to setup your Shop as a sub-domain e.g. https://shop.example.com
