How to Manage orders, Add/Delete, Update Payment Transaction, Customer Information/Shipping and Deleting Orders
Select Orders from the Admin View
- Select All and click the order to add/delete the product from orders overview
Add/Delete Product
Note when adding/deleting products, the cart Total Amount will adjust accordingly
- Click Add Product, next you will type in the search box for the item you would like to add
- Delete: Select a product you want to remove and click the Red X and the Sub-Total/Total will automatically update
Order Actions
- Select the Order Actions drop down and select the action needed. You also have the option to "Mark As Paid"
Payment Transactions
- Create a payment option for the order and create the new method of payment
Updating Customer Information/Shipping Address/Shipping Method
- On the right side of the panel you will click Change and make any changes you need for the customer's information, Shipping Address, Shipping Method
Adding Comments/Notes ; Shipping (Fulfilment)
- Adding notes/comments to a customer's order
Deleting An Order
- Scroll to the bottom of the order and Select delete. The entire order will be deleted for the customer.
