You can now add Tracking Numbers and Courier Company to a Customer's order and include this within the Customer Shipping Confirmation email
Where Can I Add Tracking Information To An Order?
- Login in to your Shop's Admin Area, then head to Orders.
- Find the relevant Order from the list and click Edit
- Scroll down to the Shipping/Fulfilment Panel
- Select the Carrier (if applicable) for your own information
- Enter the Tracking Number
- Click "Save Tracking ID"
- Change the Status to Dispatched
Informing Your Customer
- Click the Compose Notification Email button
- Add and Optional information in the free text area.
- Hit the Blue button to send the email.
