To add a FAQ page, log into your Shop Admin and select Info Pages.
Here you will be able to add different pages that you wish to be displayed on your homepage. Select add new page and edit, you will see the below image on your screen.
Make sure your page is enabled, add a page title and to make your life easier, we also offer FAQ templates.
You will be able to edit these templates and add in all your frequently asked questions and answers.
For the FAQ to display on your homepage – make your way to your Navigation menus found under Sales Channels > Shops > Nav Menus. You should already have a ‘Main Menu’ navigation menu and here you will be able to add a new menu item (FAQ).
When you press edit the below will appear on your screen. Here you will be able to give your page a title and you will be able to link your FAQ page to your shop front. To link your FAQ page to your shop, select the ‘Page’ button on the bottom and type in FAQ in the search box. Select FAQ when it appears and hit save.
If you ever wish to remove the page from your homepage but do not want to fully delete it, you can do so by either disabling the page in 'Info Pages' or you can disable the FAQ menu item in your Nav Menu section.
