If you have a Trustpilot business account and you would like your customers to easily access your Trustpilot review page to either check out your previous reviews or leave a review - please follow these instructions on how to add a Trustpilot widget to your shop front.
First, make sure that you have a Trustpilot business account. Once you are logged in and on your Trustpilot homepage, select the 'Showcase' option.
You will be able to install different types of widgets depending on what Trustpilot plan you are on. If you wish to see which widgets are included in your plan, press the button below.
Once you have selected the widget you wish to have on your shop front, you will see the below screen.
Here you will be able to see what it will look like on your page and you can also customise it by changing what is written and if you want any reviews shown. Once you are happy with how it looks, press 'Get Code'.
You will receive two codes, you will need both of these to add to your shop.
Keep the codes open in one tab and in another tab, log in to your Stor dashboard. Scroll down to your 'Settings' and select 'Tracking/SEO'.
Return to your TrustPilot tab and copy the first code (the head section code). Paste the code in the text box and make sure that it is pasted in the 'Place inside HEAD Tag' option (not the BODY tag). Hit save.
Then it is time to add the second code in to your Shop Editor.
To add in an HTML code box to your homepage, select 'Content' > 'Body' > 'Miscellaneous'.
Add the first block to your page.
Then click on the cog to the right to open up the content block settings.
Then select the 'Code' tab and paste in your second code that you have on your TrustPilot tab.
Hit update and save and make sure to publish live. You will then have your widget displayed on your homepage that links to your Trustpilot page.
